The owner of the online store MONAME.EE (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ Mon Ame (registration code 11907200), located at: Siili tn 6-24 Tartu city, Tartu county 50104. Validity of the sales contract, product and price information Terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store. The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivering the goods is added to the price.

All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods. Placing an order To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery of the products. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank page. Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store's bank account. The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will generally be refunded within 1-2 working days. Depending on the payment method, receipt may take up to 7 working days.

The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods:

  • DPD parcel machines
  • Smartpost parcel machines
If you choose the option of picking up the goods yourself, you will be contacted by phone or email provided when ordering. The costs of sending the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia will generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, the buyer has the right to deliver the goods within 30 calendar days. If the Online Store has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days, the deadline published by the Online Store applies.

Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw, in which case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must meet the conditions listed in § 53, subsection 4 of the Law of Obligations Act. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the return fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered due to the consumer's actions or inaction (incorrect use, accident, etc.) or if it is normal wear and tear due to normal use of the item. To return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address info@moname.ee no later than Within 14 days of receiving the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will immediately refund to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract. The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, depending on which occurs first. If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store does not have to refund to the consumer the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the standard delivery method. 

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake. Right to file a claim The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for a defect that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the responsibility of the online store to refute this assumption. If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than two months later by sending an e-mail to info@moname.ee or calling: +372 56680777 The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer. If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer. The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transportation services in order to deliver the goods. The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications. The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers. Dispute resolutionIf the buyer has any complaints regarding the online store, they must be sent by e-mail to info@moname.ee or by calling +37256680777. If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Commission.

The review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge. The buyer may turn to the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.
